2019-2021 Council of Europe, Project Manager
Managed the project on Reinforcing the fight against Violence against Women and Domestic Violence in Kosovo.
Supported policy development in the legal protection and response against domestic violence and violence against women and support women’s access to justice.
Part of the project milestones: undertook assessments and research on legal and policy revisions in setting up treatment programs for perpetrators of domestic violence; developed guidelines for shelters of violence against women on CoE Istanbul Convention standards; developed awareness-raising guidelines for NGOs for public education and outreach; developed ToT Curricula for judicial and prosecutorial procedures on combating GBV.
2015-2019 USAID, Manager on Gender and Property Rights
Managed the project component aiming to enhance economic opportunities and strengthen women’s property and inheritance in Kosovo.
Led research on women’s property inheritance rights. Supported the review and drafting of new legislation on property ownership and inheritance.
Developed and managed the implementation of the National Media Campaign “’For Our Common Good’’ on Social Behavior Change (SBCC) on Equal Rights to Property for Women in Kosovo. Developed Training Curricula on Gender Sensitivity in judicial procedures in the courts and coordinated the implementation of training with relevant justice institutions.
2012 – 2015 Council of Europe, Manager for Community Wellbeing
Supported the implementation of the Council of Europe Convention FARO on Values of Heritage for People in Kosovo.
Supported the implementation of the Council of Europe Convention on Human Rights in Kosovo.
Led project community-building initiatives to promote cultural diversity and equity.

Supported the implementation of SDC’s program on Rule of Law and Democracy in Kosovo.
Planned, designed, and managed the implementation of projects in support of Local Governance and Decentralization, Human Rights Education, and Democratic Society Promotion. Designed a grant/funding scheme for NGOs and a new project intervention on Citizenship Education for elementary and high schools in Kosovo.
